We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and user‑friendly applications on the Oracle APEX platform. This role requires strong expertise in APEX low‑code development, PL/SQL programming, and system integration. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can balance declarative APEX features with custom coding, when necessary, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience developing applications with Oracle APEX.
• Strong PL/SQL programming skills with experience writing complex packages, triggers, and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) to extend APEX applications.
• Experience integrating APEX with REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of application security within Oracle APEX.
• Oracle Applications Development.
• Oracle Applications Forms.
• Oracle Applications PLSQL.

The base pay range for this position in the following locations is:

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.

$86,400—$176,200 USD.
