Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Frontend Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with React.js, Redux, REST API integration, and modern frontend development practices. This role requires a strong understanding of Section 508 accessibility standards and experience delivering user-centric solutions within government, enterprise, or highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
* Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable React components and frontend libraries.
* Ensure compliance with Section 508 standards and accessibility best practices across all user interfaces.
* Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
* Manage application state using Redux and implement efficient asynchronous data handling.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
* Develop and execute unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
* Participate in code reviews and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
* Optimize application performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and efficient rendering strategies.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
* Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
* Utilize Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins to support streamlined deployment processes.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for application features, enhancements, and development processes.
* Ensure applications meet security, usability, accessibility, and compliance requirements, particularly for government users.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Minimum of 5 years of frontend development experience.
* Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS

* Hands-on experience with Redux for state management.
* Experience integrating RESTful APIs using Axios or similar HTTP client libraries.
* Strong knowledge of Section 508, WCAG guidelines, and accessibility compliance standards.
* Proficiency with Git and modern source control workflows.
* Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins.
* Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.###
