Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies
- Build responsive, high-performance UIs using VueJS, ReactJS, Type Script, BlueprintJS, Tailwind CSS, and/or Bootstrap
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for internal applications and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational gaps and build scalable technical solutions
- Develop reusable frontend components and scalable backend architectures
- Work with relational and No
SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) - Integrate and maintain Salesforce integrations and data synchronization workflows
- Integrate third-party services and payment gateways (Stripe, )
- Build secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems
- Implement automated testing and QA (including Cypress)
- Optimize for scalability, reliability, performance, and security
- Work with AWS (EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Support data processing workflows and ETL pipelines for clinical/healthcare datasets
- 4+ years as a Full Stack Developer
- Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Frontend experience with VueJS, ReactJS, Type Script
- Experience with BlueprintJS, Tailwind CSS, and/or Bootstrap
- RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- PostgreSQL/MySQL;
MongoDB/DynamoDB - Experience with Cypress;
Git and CI/CD workflows - Salesforce integration experience;
Stripe/ - Familiarity with AWS deployment practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare
- Knowledge of clinical systems, healthcare data processing, or ETL
- Enterprise SaaS/workflow automation experience
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
- Experience designing scalable, secure cloud-native applications
