• Design and implement scalable, reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Go, or Python.
• Architect data workflows and orchestrate complex backend logic using microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend, ML, and product teams to bring new features to life.
• Manage and optimize SQL and No
  
  SQL databases for performance and reliability.
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Own uptime and performance of backend systems in real-world environments.
• Write well-documented, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system stability across environments.

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one core language:
  Node.js, Go, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/No
  
  SQL databases.
• Comfort working in CI/CD environments and automating deployments.
• Solid grasp of backend system design, security, and performance.
• Strong debugging skills and a clean, maintainable coding style.

• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Open Telemetry.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi).
• Exposure to high‑scale systems and distributed architecture.
• Knowledge of security practices for APIs and backend systems.
