Job Overview
Position is a contract role at Preferred Vendors. The job requires onsite presence in Washington, DC for four days a week, and is limited to local candidates. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
Requirements- Minimum seven years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of .NET/Node and core concepts such as components, state management, and lifecycle methods; ability to build reusable, efficient components.
- Proficiency in using .NET/Node.js to develop services and integrate with backend APIs/services.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs; ability to build APIs, handle responses, and manage data flow between frontend and backend.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit or NUnit, and skill in writing unit tests and ensuring code quality.
- Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting issues.
- Clear understanding of authentication and authorization, and experience implementing them in applications.
