We’re building a flexible Word Press framework to spin up beautiful, modular websites—leveraging custom content modules alongside native Gutenberg blocks. As a Mid-Level Word Press Developer, you’ll turn designs and IA blueprints into robust, maintainable solutions: from custom Gutenberg blocks and ACF integrations to plugins and themes.

• Architect, build, and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks using React and the Word Press Block API.
• Develop ACF-powered block types and integrate them seamlessly into our block library.
• Create custom plugins to extend Word Press core functionality, adhering to best practices and security standards.
• Build and customize Word Press themes—ensuring responsive, performant, and accessible front‑end implementations.
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and Dev Ops to translate IA and wireframes into working code.
• Manage code in Git repositories, participate in code reviews, branch strategies, and resolve merge conflicts.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Word Press performance, including PHP, JS, and database layers.
• Document code, block patterns, and deployment processes for team use.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 years of professional Word Press development experience.
• Proven experience creating custom Gutenberg blocks with React.
• Hands‑on experience building ACF block types.
• Strong proficiency with Git version control in a team environment.
• Experience developing custom Word Press plugins and themes from the ground up.
• Solid understanding of PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third‑party services.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to maintainable, well‑documented code.

• Experience working with Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Web Components (Stencil, Lit Element, etc.).
• Prior work integrating third‑party APIs (payment gateways, CRM, analytics).

Salary Range: 80k-90k/year
