Front End Developer
Overview
This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and a U.S. citizenship. Clearance verification is required for employment.
Responsibilities- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma and have a basic understanding of front‑end development.
- Conduct user research, design responsive interfaces, and stay informed about current UI/UX trends and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, communicating effectively and paying close attention to detail to create user‑centric designs.
- Skills related to certifications may further enhance qualifications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8–12 years of experience.
- Expertise in user experience design methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Lead design for major systems and establish design systems and standards for consistent user experiences across applications.
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience with system integration and database management.
- Relevant technical or project‑management certifications.
- Ability to keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Base salary range for the Washington, DC metropolitan area: $113,000–$188,000 per year. Other locations have geographical market‑adjusted ranges.
