Business Applications Developer
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise business applications that support operational workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with architectural standards.
- Develop and maintain backend services using modern programming frameworks and object-oriented languages.
- Build and maintain database systems, including tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies.
- Design and maintain integrations between internal systems, ERP platforms, e‑commerce platforms, and third‑party services.
- Develop and maintain APIs and middleware solutions to support system communication.
- Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Maintain automated build and deployment pipelines while adhering to development standards.
- Modify, test, and document updates to existing applications.
- Create automated testing frameworks and participate in quality assurance processes.
- Utilize modern AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, documentation, and code quality.
- Integrate AI services and APIs into applications where appropriate to improve business outcomes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption where aligned with business goals.
- Provide production support for business‑critical applications and resolve issues quickly to minimize operational impact.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories for application design and configuration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- 3–5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience developing applications using modern object‑oriented programming languages and frameworks such as .NET and C#.
- Strong experience with relational database systems and SQL development.
- Experience building front‑end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing and supporting API‑driven applications and system integrations.
- Experience working within Agile or iterative software development environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality solutions on schedule.
- Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems or operational business processes.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or order management workflows.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or large business platforms.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools or services used to support software development.
- Review medical documentation and validate diagnosis coding accuracy.
- Support risk adjustment audit processes.
- Provide expertise in risk adjustment coding methodologies.
- Active CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) certification.
- Strong knowledge of risk adjustment coding methodologies.
- Previous experience supporting healthcare payer or audit‑related projects.
- Prior RADV (Risk Adjustment Data Validation) experience preferred.
- Oversee field‑based installation projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing installation projects.
- Knowledge of field installation processes and best practices.
- Drive growth across institutional and commercial markets.
- Lead consultative sales efforts tied to large‑scale facility modernization, infrastructure improvement, and energy optimization initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for teams responsible for budgeting, estimating, and delivering preconstruction services.
- Guide projects from early planning and design stages through final pricing and contract execution.
- Strong construction industry experience.
- Leadership capability.
- Ability to collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal operations staff.
