The Role

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Leverage Kafka for real-time messaging and event-driven architecture.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate microservices with various banking systems and third-party APIs.
• Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability, reliability, and security.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices.
• Working knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Proficiency in using Git Hub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered coding tools like Git Hub Copilot.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment practices.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
