Our client is assembling a next‑generation AI engineering team to reimagine the claims lifecycle with AI and Generative AI. This early‑stage, high‑impact project emphasizes rapid experimentation, iteration, and delivery of real‑world AI solutions that improve claims triage, investigation, and operational efficiency.

• Design and develop AI‑driven applications and services to enhance claims processing and decision‑making.
• Build and integrate solutions using Generative AI, large language models, and modern AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate in a fail‑fast environment.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI workflows.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions for a growing AI platform.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Hands‑on experience building backend or full‑stack applications with exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, or scalable application architecture.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, experimental environments with evolving requirements.
• Preferred:
  Experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks or agentic AI.
• Preferred:
  Experience with JavaScript/Node.js and front‑end React.
• Preferred:
  Experience tuning or deploying AI models in production.
• Ideal:
  Backgrounds that transition from application development into AI or ML engineering, expanding into broader AI solutions.
