Service Now Developer

Washington, DC / Hybrid

Pay From: $125,000 per year

• Active DoW Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• 6+ years of Service Now Development experience
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and Service Now Scripting
• Strong experience with Service Now models for ITSM, CMDB and Service Catalog
• Experience implementing Service Now in a new deployment or major re-implementation
• Experience designing workflows, automation, and service catalog structures
• Experience with systems integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure Federal environments
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) certification are strongly desired
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred

• Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications, modules, and workflows
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Assist in release management and deployment activities
