ServiceNow Developer Washington, DC

A Service Now Developer is needed to support a mission‑focused federal program in Washington, DC. This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing Service Now applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one.

• Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
• 3+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience.
• Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with Service Now integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
• Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments.
