Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PowerBI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and architecture for data visualization and reporting
- Create and manage Power Automate workflows to drive automation and process improvement
- Facilitate solutioning discussions with clients, demonstrating strong executive presence
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering a supportive and innovative environment
- Drive modernization initiatives and encourage creative thinking within the team.
- Develop custom C# Dataverse plug‑ins for application extensibility
- Develop PCF controls and front‑end frameworks using JavaScript or Type Script to extend form processing behaviors.
- Lead the design and development of Power Apps solutions, including model‑driven applications
- Architect and set up Dataverse environments to support business needs
- Develop and use CI/CD pipelines through either Power Apps Pipelines or Azure Dev Ops pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Apps development, Power Automate and PowerBI architecture
- Familiarity with setting up and optimizing Dataverse, as well as a proven ability to architect scalable and secure solutions
- Exposure to process automation, data integration, and creative problem‑solving
- Familiarity with the PAC CLI and its use in environment and solution management
- Familiarity with the Power Platform Admin Center to manage environments
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops branching, merging and related SDLC tools related to the Power Platform
- Power Platform Fundamentals (PL‑900), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400), and Power Platform Solution Architect (PL‑600) certifications

CompensationBase pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $100,200—$203,400 USD.
