Our client, a government agency located in the Washington, DC Metro area, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their dedicated team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting critical technical capabilities, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

What's the Job?
- Support analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Service Now technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define detailed requirements and use cases.
- Assist the Technical Lead and Subject Matter Experts in project execution and troubleshooting.
- Support Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes.
- Maintain and enhance Service Now platform architecture and system configurations.
What's Needed?
- Experience working with the Service Now platform architecture at an advanced level (P3 or higher).
- Proficiency in Service Now system configuration and technical support.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
- Must be local to the DC Metro Area and willing to work onsite 100%.
