Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead with a focus on SAP ABAP Programming Basics is responsible for leading technical teams, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP ABAP projects. This role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coding, and testing applications to meet business needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design, develop, and test SAP ABAP programs to support business processes
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems are efficient and stable
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical solutions
Skill Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming basics, including:
  • ABAP data dictionary
  • Report programming
  • Module pool programming
  • Function module programming
  • Enhancement framework
  • Proficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori, Web Dynpro ABAP, and SAP Workflow
  • Experience in SAP technologies such as SAP S/4

    HANA, SAP Net Weaver, and SAP Cloud Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Other Requirements
  • SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP Net Weaver (if any)
Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
