Remote Sr or Staff Software Engineer (Ruby/React) - $150-$230k. Salary: $150-$230k base + benefits, 401k, PTO. Requirements:

Ruby/Rails, AWS, React, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Linux, Postgres. We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales. Our software integrates with leading Fin Tech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook.
It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100 employees. We are remote first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are hiring multiple Senior or Staff Remote Software Engineers with the following experience:
- Ruby, Rails
- React
- AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
Our tech stack also includes the following, so experience with any of these is a plus:
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Cloud Formation
- Linux
- Postgres
Compensation and the Senior vs Staff designation will be determined based off of technical proficiency in comparison to our current team.
You will be partnering with a team of other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3. You will make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our product, build/deploy third party integrations, and create components for our client facing features.
