As a Senior Power Platform Developer on our solutions delivery team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the technical development for projects advancing the digital transformation of critical government systems with true mission impact. Our delivery teams are driven to explore new ideas and technology, and care deeply about collaboration, feedback, and iteration. We follow agile practices, embrace Dev Sec Ops standards to "automate-first", use modern tech stacks, and constantly challenge each other to grow and improve.
Technical members of our solutions teams require little guidance, but love to learn, collaborate, and problem solve. This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers' unique technology challenges.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and strategy in the development of enterprise applications.
- Deliver hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate organizational business processes.
- Develop application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate and iteratively build on their business value and functionality.
- Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Assess business needs and recommend a suitable and optimal technology stack.
Required Skills:
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Minimum of 3 years with hands-on professional experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Minimum of 5 years of total IT experience.
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics.
- Strong experience Integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Lead the definition of back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases.
- Strong background in C# and .NET development.
- Expertise with Visual Studio.
- Experience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure Dev Ops or Jira).
- Exemplary communication skills.
Preferred
Skills:
- Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365.
- Proficient in Type Script, JavaScript, SPFx, SASS/CSS3, and HTML
5.
$175,000 - $190,000 a year The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, True Tandem considers several factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. In addition, True Tandem provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, dental and vision plans, life and disability insurance, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
