We are looking for an ambidextrous engineer who is highly proficient in using Claude Code and other GenAI tools to rapidly build both the middle data layer (canonical models, semantic layers) and the app layer.
Through this hybrid approach, you will surface insights and create beautiful UI visuals that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for end users.

- Expert SQL skills; deep experience with dbt and dimensional/event‑temporal modeling.
- Demonstrated ambidexterity in using Claude Code and other generative AI tools to accelerate full‑stack development, data modeling, and UI creation.
- Hands‑on experience with a cloud warehouse (Snowflake/Big Query) and an orchestrator (Dagster/Prefect/Airflow).
- Proficient in Python or R for data transformations, statistical analysis, and automation.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex analytical findings into actionable business insights.
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Economics, or related quantitative field.

- Experience building full‑stack web applications and beautiful UIs to surface data insights.
- Proficiency in applying GenAI tools to streamline both data engineering and front‑end app development.

Who We AreAledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape – independent primary care. We were founded in 2014, and since then, we've become the largest network of independent primary care in the country – helping practices, health centers and clinics deliver better care to their patients and thrive in value‑based care. Additionally, by creating value‑based contracts across a wide variety of health plans, we aim to flip the script on the traditional fee‑for‑service model.
Our work strengthens continuity of care, aligns incentives and ensures primary care physicians are paid for what they do best – keeping patients healthy. If you want to help create a health care system that is good for patients, good for practices, and good for society – and if you're eager to join a collaborative, inclusive and remote‑first culture – you've come to the right place.
Does This Mean for You?
At Aledade, you will be part of a creative culture that is driven by a passion for tackling complex issues with respect, open‑mindedness and a desire to learn. You will collaborate…
