As a Service Now UI/UX Designer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the digital transformation initiatives. • Design and develop custom user interfaces for Service Now portals to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions that improve usability and accessibility.
• Maintain and update existing Service Now portals, ensuring they meet current standards and user expectations.

• Proven experience in Service Now Portal Design and Development, with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Expertise in Service Now Portal Design (P4) and advanced skills in Service Now Portal Development (P3).
• Strong knowledge of modern frameworks, agile methodologies, and scalable software solutions.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one, with a willingness to work onsite in the DC Metro Area.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills to work effectively within a team environment.
