Join our Delivery Department team in a critical role contributing to the development and optimization of cutting-edge data-driven systems. This opportunity involves leveraging advanced technical expertise in Lang Graph and langchain programming while collaborating within a hybrid work environment to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agentic engineers for agent design (langgraph, langchain, tooling, etc.), skill design, tool design, visualizations, guardrails, model tailoring, etc. We are looking to add experienced hands-on developers to build agents that plan, use tools, retrieve context, and execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention. This includes orchestration infrastructure, integration with large language models, and the reliability engineering required to run these systems at enterprise scale in a government-adjacent environment.
• Experienced building agent-based capabilities; task decomposition; tool utilization; context management.
• GraphRAG style concepts

Required Skills and Experience:

• Mandatory: Lang Graph
• langchain
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Preferred: Rust
