Full‑Stack Software Developer (New)Remote from VA/DC/MD | Full‑Time | Compensation: $75,000 – $115,000
Tiber Creek Ai is seeking a talented software developer to join a mission‑focused Agile team supporting every Soldier serving in the U.S. Army. In this remote role, you will help build and maintain a modern application using Angular front‑end code and Microsoft .NET solutions, while collaborating with a team that delivers meaningful progress in focused two‑week sprints. Education: BS/BA or AA and 3+ years relevant work experience.
Experience: Hiring at all levels; minimum 3+ years of related work experience.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $115,000
Clearance: Must be clearable for a DoD Public Trust. Active clearance is NOT required to start.
Certifications: Security+ or an IAT Level II or III certification within 180 days of start.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be clearable for a DoD Public Trust.
- Residence in the DMV is required.
- While remote, there may be required office/site visits for Client engagements and must be able to attend in person.

Experience:
- C# on an ASP.NET Core project.
- Product Development from design, to go live.
- MS SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database programming.
- Experience building applications in AWS.
- Experience with modern web APIs and single‑page JavaScript applications is a must.
- Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular and/or ReactJS.
- Experience with debugging tools.
- Experience working with a source control system such as Git, TFS, or Subversion.
- Solid understanding of and experience with object‑oriented design and programming.
- Experience designing and writing unit tests.
Job Duties:
- Full Stack development (C#, MS SQL, Angular).
- Unit testing and UI test automation.
- Analysis and resolution of issues identified by QA testers and clients.
- Collaboration with other developers and team members.
- Functional product requirement reviews and technical solution designs.
- Planning and executing small to large projects and tasks.
- Analysis of trouble tickets and resolves programming issues.
- Collaborate with senior developers and engineers.
- Reviews customer requirement documentation and seeks clarification.
- Conducts peer reviews.
Remote from VA/DC/MD | Full‑Time | Compensation: $125,000 – $165,000
Tiber Creek Ai is seeking a Senior AI Application Engineer to design and build secure, mission‑focused AI‑enabled applications using C#, .NET, MCP, agent workflows, and modern cloud AI services. In this role, you will help turn practical AI use cases into production software by integrating large language models with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, documents, and human review workflows.
This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who can move quickly from prototype to production while maintaining strong software engineering, security, testing, and documentation practices. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, security teams, and mission stakeholders to build useful AI capabilities that support real operational needs.
