As a Power Apps SME, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced solutions using Power Apps, with a particular focus on building model‑driven applications and architecting Dataverse environments. You will lead solutioning discussions with clients, ensure that their business needs are met through innovative automation and modernization strategies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. You will provide technical guidance to fellow developers, drive the successful implementation of Power Platform solutions, and demonstrate strong executive presence in communicating complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Develop and implement PowerBI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and architecture for data visualization and reporting
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows to drive automation and process improvement
• Facilitate solutioning discussions with clients, demonstrating strong executive presence
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering a supportive and innovative environment
• Drive modernization initiatives and encourage creative thinking within the team
• Lead the design and development of Power Apps solutions, including model‑driven applications
• Architect and set up Dataverse environments to support business needs
• Develop and use CI/CD pipelines through either Power Apps Pipelines or Azure Dev Ops pipelines

• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps development, Power Automate and PowerBI architecture
• Familiarity with setting up and optimizing Dataverse, and a proven ability to architect scalable and secure solutions
• Exposure to process automation, data integration, and creative problem‑solving
• Familiarity with the PAC CLI and its use in environment and solution management
• Familiarity with the Power Platform Admin Center to manage environments
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops branching, merging and related SDLC tools related to the Power Platform
• Power Platform Fundamentals (PL‑900), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400), and Power Platform Solution Architect (PL‑600) certifications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland
. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $100,200 – $203,400 USD. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
