Service Now Developer Position
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Service Now platform
Design and develop custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations
Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other Service Now modules as required)
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines
Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization
Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders
Strong hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer
Solid experience in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation
Experience working on integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
Experience implementing or enhancing Service Now modules (ITSM preferred)
Good understanding of Service Now data model, security, and performance considerations
