Required Qualifications
- Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3) - Mandatory
- 8+ years of Appian LCNC development experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Appian implementations.
- Hands-on experience across multiple end-to-end Appian project life cycles.
- Strong expertise in Appian architecture, solution design, and platform governance.
- Experience with:
- Appian Data Fabric
- Appian AI capabilities
- Appian Portals
- Appian Records and Sites
- Latest Appian versions/features and frameworks
- Security Design & Performance Optimization
- Integrations
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading distributed development teams.
