Responsibilities
* Train and obtain a Pega certification as a System Architect.
* Assist in the design and development of Pega applications based on business requirements leveraging Pega Blueprint capabilities.
* Configure Pega components including case types, data models, UI forms, decision rules, and integrations.
* Support senior architects in translating business needs into functional solutions leveraging the latest Pega Constellation capabilities.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, QA, and project managers and Product Owners.
* Update configurations, technical changes, and design decisions in Agile Studio and Pega Blueprint.
* Participate in code reviews and follow Pega guardrails and best practices.
* Learn and apply new Pega features, updates, and industry best practices which are now available in Constellation 26'. Qualifications
* The attitude and aptitude to quickly learn and obtain their Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) credential.
* Basic knowledge of software development principles, object-oriented concepts, and system design.
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and solve problems in a structured manner.

* Professional office environment.
