Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer
1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance
.

Support the development and maintenance of a large-scale .NET application.

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation activities.

Support multi-source data integration and deduplication.

Analyze trends and patterns within complex datasets.

Develop queries and reporting solutions.

Contribute to user interface design and development.

Participate in CI/CD processes and software delivery activities.

Collaborate with technical teams supporting highly available national security systems.

2+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including work with highly available national security systems.

Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.

Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.

Experience analyzing trends and patterns and developing queries and reports.

Experience with user interface design and development.

Hands‑on working knowledge of the .NET Framework.

Hands‑on working knowledge of SQL Server.

Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Located in Colorado or the DMV area.

Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.

Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
