We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands on expertise in Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate, with a strong focus on secure application architecture, system integration, and custom development.
This role blends architectural leadership with active solution delivery and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, analysts, and developers.
- Design, develop, and support applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse).
- Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop custom components, plugins, PCF controls, and APIs using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Implement role-based security and follow Power Platform security best practices.
- Lead a team of 4–6 developers and mentor junior team members.
- Establish coding standards, deployment processes, and ALM best practices using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Present technical solutions and project updates to technical and business stakeholders.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience in software development and application delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Must have hands on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform Plugins, PCF Controls, and custom APIs and
- Experience with React, Node.js, or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification required; PL-600 certification preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
