Service Now Developer SME

The Service Now Developer SME position will work primarily architecting, designing, and developing solutions as part of Development team working in an Agile format. This position will be responsible for architecting a solution based on customer requirements. They should be able to design, develop solutions within Service Now. This person should be able to create strategy and solution papers as recommendations to the customer.

This person should have a good understanding of Agile, Service Now ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, App Engine, SPM, and APM

Person should be proficient in developing code using JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.

As a Service Now Developer SME,

the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of DHS customer. You will play a crucial role in in the following areas:

• Lead/Manage/Support
• Lead/Manage/Support ITSM Development Team
• Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the Service Now Platform
• Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate, resolve challenges, etc.

• Education:
  
  Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience:
  
  10+ years of related experience
• Technical skills:
  JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements:
  
  Agile, Service Now ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, and SPM, and APM
