• Proven experience in developing and implementing NLP algorithms and models, with a focus on understanding and processing human language.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and libraries commonly used in NLP, such as NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, or similar.
• Strong understanding of linguistic concepts and NLP techniques, including text representation, word embeddings, and sequence-to-sequence modeling.
• Familiarity with pre-trained language models and their applications, such as BERT, GPT, and others.
• Experience in data preprocessing, cleaning, and manipulation for NLP tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and innovate in a rapidly evolving field.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for AI-driven projects and a proactive approach to driving innovation through NLP.

• Collaborate closely with AI Research Scientists, Data Scientists, and Knowledge Management Specialists to develop and implement advanced NLP algorithms and models.
• Design and build data-driven solutions that enable machines to analyze and comprehend human language in various forms, including text and speech.
• Develop techniques for information extraction, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text classification, and other NLP tasks to enhance AI-driven projects.
• Implement and fine-tune pre-trained language models and develop custom models tailored to specific project requirements.
• Utilize NLP techniques to preprocess and clean textual data, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP capabilities seamlessly into AI models and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, exploring innovative approaches and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of interactive visualizations and user-friendly interfaces that present NLP-derived insights to analysts and decision-makers.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computational Linguistics, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field.
