Role Summary:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll design and develop cutting-edge applications and scalable systems that power critical innovations. What You’ll Do:

• Develop secure and scalable APIs and backend systems using Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Architect and build applications that process and transform vast datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
• Contribute to cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern development practices.
• Lead by example in coding best practices, peer reviews, and mentorship opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in professional software development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven expertise in building web applications and APIs using Flask/Django.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Ability to take ownership of complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced database technologies like Elasticsearch or Neo4j.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, particularly NLP or OCR.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and UI design principles.
• Interest in solving complex technical challenges that drive business success.
