Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer (RPA Developer)

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Once a Month)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (RPA Developer) with 5+ years of RPA experience and 3+ years of Pega development to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate must be Pega RPA certified, proficient in Pega Business Process Management (Robot Manager), .NET, and C#, and have hands-on experience creating and managing RPA bots in VMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Pega RPA bots and automation solutions.
• Manage and upgrade Pega servers, ensuring smooth workflow execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing bots.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, software best practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong .NET/C# knowledge (as Pega runs on it)
• Experience with Robot Manager for bot deployment
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Dev Ops practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

• 3 rounds of interviews + final onsite interview in Reston, VA
