Senior Python Developer – Cloud-Native, CI​/CD

• • Lead feature work on an AWS cloud-native stack, owning user stories from refinement through production
• • Direct the build of serverless, event-driven application workflows on Lambda and Step Functions
• • Own integrations between commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and in-house system frameworks
• • Design and ship API interconnections for modern system architectures
• • Lead data and document pipelines that automate previously manual, paper-heavy processes
• • Build cloud-native modern systems that create business value through streamlined, automated operation
• • Deliver tested, working code into production and help establish the team's quality bar
• • Build and maintain delivery pipelines and automated tests
• • Establish AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Amazon Q Developer
• • Help developers improve through collaboration and mentorship
• • Help launch new capabilities, tools, and lines of business for the firm

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Expert-level command of Python
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proficiency with modern languages and frameworks
• Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience with automated testing and secure coding
• Ability to construct and own the design of a component and carry it through to production
• Basic proficiency in writing, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Sole United States citizenship
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust determination
