The Senior Application Developer/Engineer/Programmer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications within the AWS cloud environment and also on premises. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in full-stack software development, cloud-based application architecture, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, ESRI geospatial technologies, and experience leveraging AI tools like Claude for development productivity. This role requires analytical skills, technical leadership, and experience working in Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical standards.

• Software Development:
  Minimum 7 years of programmer/analyst experience developing software according to SDLCs with proven track record delivering complex applications
• AWS & Modern Tools:
  Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with AWS services and modern web frameworks; experience with Angular, .Net, ECS, and Terraform
• AI-Assisted Development:
  Experience using Claude or similar AI tools (ChatGPT, Git Hub Copilot) to enhance development productivity, code generation, and problem-solving
• Geospatial Development:
  Experience with ESRI technologies (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, or similar, APIs) developing interactive maps and geocoding functionality
• Technical Analysis:
  Strong analytical skills with experience in system analysis, design, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
