Software Engineer II – Role Overview

Develop and maintain complex code, engage in debugging, collaborate on architecture, design, and implementation, provide process/product improvement suggestions, and mentor junior team members.

• Write and maintain complex code with efficiency and reliability.
• Engage in debugging and fixing software issues.
• Collaborate with the team on software architecture, design, and implementation.
• Provide basic suggestions to improve processes and products.
• Begin to mentor and share knowledge with less experienced team members.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in full‑stack software development.
• Proficiency in Go or C#, AWS, React, and Typescript/JS.
• Proficiency with SQL, No

• Good understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
• Growing independence in task execution with occasional need for guidance.
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
