Senior Software Engineer at Salesloft

At Salesloft, Senior Software Engineers are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast‑growing and high‑performing Full Stack Engineering Team working on new technologies in an environment that supports your technical and professional growth.

• Lead sessions with delivery teams (retrospective, planning meetings).
• Write, review, and commit production code.
• Assist in planning and estimation with high ownership.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level UI engineers.
• Support product maintenance: customer support for critical issues, key customer calls.
• Contribute to Salesloft blogs, support channels, and team‑wide initiatives such as framework/tooling upgrades.

• 5+ years of experience building large‑scale web applications.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres (Citus), Elastic Search, and Kafka.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Track record of increasing complexity across multiple domains.

• Within one month: Attend orientation, meet engineering team, set OKRs, begin 1:1s.
• Within three months: Deep knowledge of team surface area; take ownership of new feature development.
• Within six months: Lead contributor to team planning, mentor support engineers, achieve OKR results.
