Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Service Now Developer to support the Digital Workplace workforce by designing, configuring, scripting, integrating, and sustaining Service Now applications and workflows. The successful candidate will deliver practical platform capabilities that improve service delivery, automation, user experience, reporting, and operational control across the enterprise. Work will be performed at the client's facility or customer approved remote locations during Eastern Time core business hours.

The Service Now Developer will provide hands‑on development and configuration support across Service Now modules, workflows, integrations, and user experiences.

• Design, configure, script, test, and deploy Service Now applications, catalog items, flows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Support platform modernization using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Workspace, App Engine, and approved low‑code/no‑code capabilities.
• Develop integrations with identity, monitoring, collaboration, data, and enterprise workflow systems using APIs, web services, and secure integration patterns.
• Translate requirements from product owners and business analysts into maintainable platform configurations and technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, defect resolution, release planning, and production support.
• Document configuration decisions, integration details, deployment steps, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, enterprise workflow development, or platform implementation.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Service Now development or administration experience.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
• Experience supporting federal ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, SPM, App Engine, or ITOM implementations.

• Strong Service Now development skills including scripting, Flow Designer, catalog development, tables, forms, ACLs, integrations, and application lifecycle practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, data imports, update sets, and scoped applications.
• Understanding of platform security, role‑based access, performance, testing, and release management.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects across configuration, code, data, workflows, integrations, and user experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Experience with Automated Test Framework, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Workspace, App Engine Studio, or CMDB/CSDM.
• Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, Dev Sec Ops , and federal compliance practices.
