Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Design, develop, and support enterprise Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent;
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences;
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations;
• Support releases, testing, and upgrades;
• Enforce platform governance and quality standards;
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of experience implementing Service Now solutions
• 3+ years' experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must reside in the United States (U.S.).

Demonstrates extensive experience in designing and developing Service Now solutions, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. Capable of providing technical leadership and enforcing platform governance while ensuring high-quality standards.
