Leading complex software development projects, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will make immediate contributions, manage high-level project roadmaps, and collaborate with clients and teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities- Lead architecture and software design discussions while balancing technology choices and deadlines
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to team culture by modeling company values and facilitating feedback conversations
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of leading consulting engagements
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Java, C#/.NET, Python, and Java Script
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML features into products or systems
- Strong background in automated testing and debugging of existing code
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and architecture-level concerns like scalability and security
