Software Engineer – Tax Innovation Delivery , Associate

• Develop and implement software solutions using C#.NET and JavaScript to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with team members to design and refine software architecture and object-oriented design
• Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues to enhance system performance and reliability
• Engage in active listening and accept feedback to improve software development processes
• Utilize REST Client and React Native to build responsive and efficient applications
• Analyze functional requirements to align software development with business objectives
• Participate in software design and development activities supporting tax innovation and delivery initiatives
• Explore new technologies and methodologies in software engineering
• Support client engagements with technical insights and solutions in the tax consulting domain
• Engage in research and project tasks while developing software engineering skills and knowledge

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Programming, or Computer Systems Analysis
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements
• Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA
• Proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript (JS)
• Experience with React Native for mobile application development
• Knowledge of software design and development processes
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles
• Debugging and code review skills
• Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 20%
