Position Overview
True Tandem is seeking a Power Platform Developer to create and maintain robust, responsive, and scalable applications within a Federal environment. This role involves hands‑on Power Platform development of canvas apps that streamline and automate organizational business processes, developing application PoCs and MVPs to demonstrate and iteratively build on business value and functionality.
This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges.
Required Skills- 3–5 years of experience developing Power Platform apps (model driven, canvas) in a Federal environment, leveraging multiple data sources
- Automating business processes using Agile requirements, functional requirements, wireframes, etc.
- Experience building robust Power Automate process flows
- Developing proof of concepts to test use cases and prototype solutions for end‑users
- Experience with data gateways, connectors and building custom connectors
- Experience working with data sources including Dataverse
- Experience working with SharePoint Online document libraries and linking with apps/Dataverse
- Participating in the Scrum ceremonies and design artifacts to convey requirements and demo to both client stakeholders and development teams
- Working with customers and end‑users to confirm developed solutions meet requirements
- Ability to work independently as a self‑starter within a team environment
- Microsoft 365 certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified:
Developer Associate, PL900
Personnel filling this requirement/position must be US citizen and have an active Public Trust Clearance.
