About the project and the day to day responsibilities

Looking for a software developer to join us to work on a family of "P2" software tools that together navigate and enable construction of the Internet:

• construction workflow management
• financial audit
• real time integrations with multiple systems and teams
• data warehouse
• and more

Day to day responsibilities include:

• thinking
• converting business to techical ideas
• converting these ideas to computer programs
• being available
• helping others on a team

What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?

• a jvm based language (clojure or java)
• sql and not data stores
• frontend (reactjs / clojurescript / typescript, etc.)

What are top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?

Soft Skill requirements (team fit/personality requirements)

• clearly spoken

Are nonlocal or remote candidates considered?

yes, but preferably close to EST timezone

What will be the interview process?

• initial 30 min discussion with 2-3 members of the team,
• followed by an additional 30 min session with me

What is the committed timeline for interview and hire decisions?

source and screen candidates in first 2 weeks, final interviews following, fill position by early June with plans to renew in 2022.
