Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a contract position for a Senior Service Now Developer based in Washington, District of Columbia. The role is for a 6-month term.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM modules
• Write and maintain Service Now scripts and custom code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
• Design and implement Service Now architecture according to best practices and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile/scrum development environment
• Troubleshoot and optimize Service Now implementations

Qualifications

• Required
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now development, including ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM
  • 6+ years of proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
  • 6+ years of in-depth knowledge implementing Service Now architecture and Service Now scripting
  • 6+ years of experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
