Job OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Senior Engineer to join our growing technology team. As the Lead Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing Luna Joy's technology infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and efficient. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, and Operations to ensure that our platform supports our mission to deliver high-quality mental health care.
This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
As part of the Luna Joy team, you will be instrumental in directly contributing to the support of the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will lead with a drive for continuous improvement, focusing on building systems that enhance our ability to serve women’s mental health needs. Additionally, you will create a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and embodying Luna Joy’s core values in your daily work.
