Senior Forward Deploy Engineer; Fullstack - Java​/React

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Forward Deploy Engineer (Fullstack - Java/React) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role focuses on partnering directly with customers to turn complex technical requirements into practical, secure fullstack solutions. The engineer will work across backend and frontend layers, helping shape integrations, improve platform capabilities, and deliver outcomes in close collaboration with internal teams and client engineers. Strong architectural judgment, clear communication, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments are essential.

Location:

• Develop fullstack solutions using primarily React and Java, focusing on customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical strategies and engage in requirements gathering.
• Design and deliver customer integrations, working closely with client engineers.
• Implement improvements in the core platform to enhance customer experiences.
• Architect complex solutions, documenting necessary trade-offs and critical details.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with team members and respond to escalations in a proactive manner.

• 5+ years of engineering experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Proven experience designing and managing distributed systems or data-intensive services.
• Ability to lead and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders under ambiguous conditions.
• Direct experience collaborating with customers to develop technical solutions.
• Deep proficiency in Java, with comfort in additional languages.
