Responsibilities Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems
Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient
Extend existing test scripts to keep pace with feature changes
Improve test reliability by reducing flakiness and strengthening assertions
Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate root causes
Reproduce defects with automated steps and document actionable evidence
Coordinate with engineers to validate fixes and confirm regressions
Monitor automation pipeline health and stabilize CI/CD execution
Translate manual test needs into automation-ready technical specifications
Advise teams on best use of automation tools and frameworks
Requirements2+ years of quality engineering or software testing experience
Test automation programming and scripting experience
Strong technical leadership through hands-on technical ownership and subject-matter expertise
Proven project collaboration skills in cross-functional teams with engineers and QASolid C++ programming skills for building and extending automated tests
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JUnitStrong analytical skills and attention to detail for investigating intermittent issues
Clear communication skills for writing defect reports and sharing technical context
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to haveISTQB certification or equivalent CI/CD integration experience
Game testing experience across AAA development phases
Unreal Engine knowledge
Python scripting experience
