Orange theory Cleveland Park is looking for a Head Coach - a talented fitness professional who loves to motivate and inspire others to work hard and be the best they can be, and can lead a team of like-minded individuals to do the same

You know how to motivate to get that one more Burpee, and know when to hold back to be sure workouts are safe and effective.

Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they've left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

Coaches earn between $30-$85 per class, based on class attendance, plus monthly bonus opportunities and commission. Average additional compensation is between $100-$500/mo.

Additionally, you'll need to meet these requirements:

• AED/CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from one of the following: NASM, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, or NSCA.
• Previous Group Fitness Coaching experience

Mammoth Fitness is the only franchise within the DMV to provide growth opportunities, additional compensation, and title change after minimum 6 months of employment.

Orange theory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).

After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
