Full‑Time Coach – DC

We are looking for a passionate, high‑energy coach to lead our signature 50‑minute low‑impact, high‑intensity strength training classes. Coaches educate clients on resistance‑based machines, provide motivation, and deliver personalized attention in a small, community‑focused environment.

• Participate in team meetings and events.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and organization.
• Help facilitate community‑building activities.
• Engage in community outreach.
• Learn new techniques and best practices from the coach community.
• Build relationships with clients and the fitness community.
• Embodiment of the solidcore brand and culture.

• Optimism and hard work with a love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout.
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Outgoing, personable, and adept at building relationships within and outside the solidcore community.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Genuine desire to inspire and motivate others.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Comfort leading a class on a mic in a loud, energetic setting.
• Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required.

• Coaching 20 classes per week.
• One full weekend day per week.
• Minimum of three holidays per year: one summer holiday, one winter holiday, and one holiday around Thanksgiving/Christmas.

• Annual salary $45,000.00–$50,000.00.
