Elite Rowing Coach — Lead National & International Programs

An international sports organization is seeking a Rowing Coach to manage training for senior and junior rowers both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree and a valid coaching certificate, with a minimum of five years coaching experience at the national level. Duties include designing training programmes, monitoring athlete performance, and supervising assistant coaches. Proficiency in English and/or Chinese and the ability to coach from a bicycle daily are essential.
