Operations Specialist

Utilizing multi-modal logistics solutions, customs brokerage, and last-mile delivery, Epona Logistics ensures reliable and efficient logistics solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Operations Specialist will oversee transportation operations, manage projects, and interact with stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely logistics management. Responsibilities include coordinating supply chain activities, monitoring shipments, and addressing challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, improve operations, and identify areas for optimization
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and liaise with clients and partners
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven expertise in Operations Management to oversee logistics processes and ensure seamless execution
• Skilled in Project Management, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives
• Proficiency with supply chain software and tools is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and deliver results
