Are you a seasoned logistics pro with a "get it done" attitude? MB Global Logistics is looking for a powerhouse in Fleet Maintenance to oversee our growing operations. For 15 years, we've set the standard for reliability and safety in the US trucking industry. Now, we need a remote leader to help us maintain that momentum.

As our Fleet Maintenance Team member, you won't just be checking boxes—you'll be the engine that keeps our fleet moving. You will:

• Command the Fleet:
  Oversee the maintenance and service life cycle for 250+ trucks and trailers.
• Optimize Operations:
  Ensure every service request is documented, addressed, and executed with precision.
• Negotiate & Excel:
  Use your communication skills to manage vendor relationships and keep costs lean without sacrificing quality.

• The "Must-Have":
  At least 2 years of experience working specifically with a US-based trucking company. (This is non-negotiable!)
• Leadership DNA:
  Proven ability to manage a team in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Expert Communication:
  You're a negotiator and a problem-solver who can talk shop with technicians and strategy with management.
• Self-Driven:
  You thrive in a full remote setting, working independently while keeping the team aligned.
